Supporting Hutchinson in the launch of its new Kraken tyre

Context
Hutchinson, one of the world's pioneers in the manufacture of bicycle tyres, offers a complete range of products, from tubeless tyres to ebike, road and mountain bike tyres, as well as inner tubes and repair equipment. In partnership with Alltricks, the leading e-commerce site in the world of cycling, Hutchinson wanted to mark the arrival of its latest innovation: the Kraken tyre.
Solution
We wanted to adopt an approach that allowed us to capitalise on the strengths of both brands Hutchinson and Alltricks to launch this product. The objectives were multiple: both the visibility but alsodrive qualified external trafficand a beautiful conversion once on the e-commerce site.
A sponsored campaign on social networks and a display advert have been put in place to ensure greater visibility among cycling communities. This type of campaign enables us to precisely target audiences interested in the world of cycling.

On the Alltricks website, a clear customer path was deployed via advertising and dedicated inserts. This system facilitates visitor navigation by guiding them seamlessly towards the Kraken tyre offer. A well-structured pathway increases the chances of conversion while ensuring an optimised user experience. Every touch point, from click to purchase, was designed to maximise visitor engagement.
Finally, dedicated training was provided for Alltricks' customer service team. By being fully briefed on the features and benefits of the Kraken, advisers were able to respond effectively to customer queries, reinforcing the company's position as a leader in the market. the image of trust and expertise of both brands. This direct link with the consumer enabled sales to be finalised while offering a personalised, tailored service.
